I have been there twice and have been satisfied twice. The food is good; the price-performance ratio is right; the staff is very nice, they always check that everything is ok and they can recommend wines. My suggestion: hang up a toilet sign because it is not easy to find at the beginning.

We arrived and the bartender was super unfriendly. Didn't give us a look and only moaned words at us. Then ordered 2 cocktails which took him a very long time (while no one else was seated). Tasty but very small. He was so cheerful towards all the other people who came by (he knew it was noticeable). Then he went out for dinner with friends so he didn't pay any attention to whether we wanted to drink. After finally getting his attention we both ordered a second cocktail. 10 minutes later he came back with 1, a completely different person, very unkind. Then he continued to eat. We did not have the time, he was so quickly gone, to say that we had ordered 2. Still went to him to ask 1 more. I can't believe what an antisocial guy that was. Not recommended in terms of staff. Too bad seemed like a nice place. Few outside seating.

We were very disappointed that, at the customer's request, they did not get what they ordered and even found it on the menu. Second, the prices are extremely expensive compared to the competition. Friendliness could also be improved. We cannot recommend this restaurant, given these conditions. I think you pay enough money to get what you want.

Unfriendly and unmotivated staff, long waiting time for food and bill, meat quality good but all dishes very bland or badly seasoned. Overall too expensive! Rump steak for 19 € but no side dishes, just a ready-made sauce and a cherry tomato - side dishes to order from 4 €! We have pointed out the circumstances to the staff, the comment was, in that case it was not to our liking. Otherwise no notice!

Although we have been to Freudenstadt several times, we visited this steak house for the first time - and certainly not the last time. It was a word "fantastic" for me. Seldom eaten a better steak. The grilled vegetables and fried potatoes were also great. I give the 5 stars out of conviction! The hiding place is definitely worth a clear recommendation.

A nice, cozy place with tasty food, friendly service. We were at that time (lunch only), so we quickly got to the local beer and meals ordered. The local trout is very delicious! You can buy local wines.

We often come here, I would say it is almost a mandatory stop coming from 'Italy, especially for the originality' to cook for themselves an excellent meat on a plate, with various tasty sauces. Recommended !

A very cozy and interesting restaurant. Very friendly waitresses. I ordered a Rump-steak in a stone. The brought me a steak in a stone heated at 350 C and I grilled my steak and veggies giving a very particular and delicious taste. ?highly recommend
